Nicholas Grider is an artist and writer who lives and works in Los Angeles and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His most recent long-term project has been a documentary exploration of simulated warfare on US Army bases. Nicholas' work is visceral and challenging. Through his unadorned, documentary-style photographs, he asks us to recognise the reality and human consequences of war and the 'game' of war simultaneously .
